Load-bearing standard: Lightweight supermarket display shelf: The single-layer load-bearing capacity is generally between 100kg and 180kg. It is mainly used to place lighter items such as snacks and daily necessities, suitable for regular display in small convenience stores. Excessive load-bearing capacity can lead to deformation of the shelves.
Medium-sized supermarket display shelf: This is the most commonly used type in supermarkets at present. The standard load-bearing capacity for a single layer is 150kg-800kg. In industry segmentation, the standard model can bear 150-350kg, while the non-standard large-span model can reach 300-800kg. It can store whole boxes of beverages, grain, oil, and other heavier goods, fully meeting the display needs of most supermarkets. The commercially available mainstream model with thickened specifications can reach up to 400kg for a single layer, and the ultra-thick model can reach up to 620kg.
Heavy-duty supermarket display shelf: With a single-layer load capacity of over 500kg, it is primarily used for storing large, whole-box goods and for inventory storage. Some industrial-grade heavy-duty models can support a single-layer load of up to 1200kg, making them suitable for use in supermarket storage areas.

Floor height adjustment: 1. Adjustment of buckle hole position (most commonly used)
It is currently the most mainstream adjustment method for commercial/household display shelves, which involves pre drilling regular holes (commonly butterfly holes/gourd holes) on the shelf columns, and fixing the shelves with buckles. When adjusting, only the lower panel needs to be taken and the buckle needs to be clamped in the hole position at the target height.
Easy to operate without tools, most household storage and supermarket shelves adopt this design, which has good stability after adjustment and does not affect the load-bearing capacity.
2. Screw knob adjustment
It is necessary to loosen the screw knob of the fixed layer board bracket, adjust it to the target height, and then tighten it for fixation. The operation is relatively more complicated, and it is mostly used for small customized display racks or steel wood combined display racks. The advantage is that it can achieve stepless adjustment, not limited to the fixed hole height, and is more flexible in adapting to special size products.
